Launched in 2017 as A Game Investments, the business began with flipping houses, short term rentals, conversions of small multi-family homes, and buy & holds. During the last 3-years the business has evolved into a land development and land assembly company. This massive evolution has also welcomed the new brand Lionheart Development.
The goal of the organization is to find properties and/or land while determining the highest and best use of the land. This is done with their team of architects, planners, and builders. Additionally, the company negotiates financing with vendors and raises capital through investors in order to capitalize on the best rate of return on each project.
Lionheart Development specializes in taking projects from raw land to a place where people can call home with multiple exit strategies throughout the project.

Ben Julius Founder/CEO
Ben's passion and dedication to real estate has grown this company from a small scale rental business to a successful land development company. He is the boots on the ground guy and primary contact between planners, construction companies, and the municipalities. Ben values his relationships with investors and has been working with many new and returning investors since he began his real estate career.
When he's not working on developments, you can find Ben with his wife, two young boys and two dogs. The projects he is working on are close to his heart and home which are major driving factors to their success.
