This project began with one parcel of land and quickly grew to acquiring several more parcels for a best use land assembly. The assembly has resulted in the development of a 145-unit condominium building that is located on a main artery of Hamilton. Here, patrons will be able to enjoy the brand new LRT steps from the building. This building will incorporate and maintain the historical charm of Hamilton, paired with a modern feel.
